I took these pictures the day after my younger brother died,
in 2000, April 13, after a hard fought battle with cancer.
We went for a walk at this lake, his favorite fishing spot.
They turned out to be the most depressing pics, partly
the subject, the timing and the lab burned the film,
it got really grainy and contrasty.
